One of our cornerstones is transparency towards the customer.
To this end, we make available in this session the laws, regulations and documents useful for the customer to make an informed and careful choice, sharing with us the regulatory aspects and conditions under which financial products must be offered.
The Bank of Italy has intended to regulate with greater transparency the relationships between customers and intermediaries and with the provision of 9/02/2011 on the TRANSPARENCY OF TRANSACTIONS AND BANKER SERVICES AND FINANCIAL CORRECTANCE OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN INTERMEDIARIES AND CUSTOMERS has imposed the obligation, before signing the loan agreement, to deliver to the customer a special information document that, with clarity and transparency, allows you to assess the cost of the loan and to compare the different offers of credit on the market.
This document, called European Basic Consumer Credit Information”; (IEBCC or SECCI), collects all the pre-contractual information useful to the Consumer before he is bound by a financing or irrevocable proposal and must be completed in all its parts.
In our branches and offices you will find the SECCI of our affiliated credit institutions on display for consultation. In addition, one of our consultants will be available to clarify and explain the contents of the documents required by the transparency legislation.
